Now we make it easy for you with our home collection and delivery service in Tenerife !

What does it consist of?

We offer collection of your desktop (Windows or Mac) or laptop (PC or Mac) directly from your home. You only need:

1. Select the service when making your purchase or request on the website.

2. Please indicate the day and time slot in which you want us to collect your equipment.

3. Pack the equipment in a secure box for transport (peripherals are not removed).

• ✅ Complete repair if you accept the quote (Prior payment for the components to be replaced).

📦 Important: The equipment must be well packed in a box to ensure its safety during transport.

We are committed to packing your equipment with the utmost care, ensuring that it leaves our facilities in the best possible condition and with the greatest possible security for shipment. However, should your equipment be damaged during transit, the transport company will be responsible for covering the costs and managing the corresponding insurance coverage.
